Meet Langley Fox (born around 1989), an American illustrator and model kickin’ it in Silver Lake, California. She’s the daughter of actress Mariel Hemingway and doc filmmaker Stephen Crisman, lil’ sis to model Dree Hemingway, and great-grandkid of writer Ernest Hemingway. Her real last name’s Hemingway, with Fox as her middle name.
After graduatin’ from Otis College of Art and Design, she started hustlin’ as an artist and model with Next Management. Her art’s mostly photorealistic pencil sketches, pullin’ inspo from her childhood in Ketchum, Idaho, and often tied to fashion.
By 2014, she was doin’ design gigs for Alice+Olivia, Louis Vuitton, and TL-180 handbags, plus craftin’ a popup store for Marc Jacobs. She also walked the runway at New York Fashion Week and modeled for Marc Jacobs’ Dot perfume campaign. By 2016, she’d worked with Tumi Inc. and had her first gallery show, teamin’ up with photographer Andrew Kuykendall, who shot portraits of her for the exhibit.
