Meet Anne-Helene Rask Arnesen, born November 11, 1980, better known as Helene Rask, a Norwegian model hailing from Nesodden. She’s been killin’ it in the modeling industry since she was 17, poppin’ up in mags like “FHM”, “Vi Menn”, “Henne”, “Se & Hør”, and “Her & Nå”.

She also took on the Norwegian “Fear Factor” on TV3, where she had a wild near-drowning moment. Plus, she’s workin’ with “Gatebil Magazine”, modelin’ and answerin’ readers’ questions.
Rask’s also dropped four singles – “No Love” in 2005, “Magic Summer” and “Get On” in 2006, and “Venus” in 2009 – plus an album, “Colours” (2006), and a DVD as a singer, all through the Norwegian label Best Of Music. On top of that, she runs Rask Models, her own Norwegian modeling agency.
